Shipping

While we love our country and reckon we have the ultimate testing ground for producing great gear, we are a little off the beaten track (involves a decent swim for any other country). For this reason, we can hook up the locals with free freight in New Zealand but have had to go ‘halvsies’ with the shipping costs for all our friends in other awesome parts of the world.

We get pretty excited with an online order and will have it processed within 1 business day. If we have it in the morning, we will usually have it out on the same day.

Shipping prices for CD direct customers (excludes trade)

New Zealand - Free! Track and trace, right to your door!

International - Orders over $1000 = free
Australia (no, we cannot walk there at high tide) – a flat rate of $25 NZD
Everywhere else (International) – A flat rate of $40 NZD

Due to increased shipping costs for long products - for any one piece blanks or rods over 6ft, we will need to charge an additional $50. As not many fit this criteria, you will be contacted afterwards for this.

Shipping times

• New Zealand
  while it is often possible for Auckland deliveries to be delivered on the same day it is safe to allow for;
  North Island = 1-2 working days
  South Island and rural = 2-3 days
• USA, 4 - 8 working days (5 is the average)
• South America, 10 -15 days
• Europe, 5 - 8 working days (5 days is the average)
• Asia, 6 - 10 days
• Australia, 3 - 6 days

Customs

Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty. This is a tricky one, as Composite Developments does not have any control over these and because they vary so much, we are unable to advise what these will be. Unfortunately, we have to leave this as the buyers responsibility.
